MINISTRY OF THE MOMENT: TCYP

Timberlane’s college and young professional’s ministry, TCYP, is beginning another year this August, and we'd love for you to be a part of what we have planned. With monthly activities and weekly small group Bible studies, our ministry is designed to make you feel at home, even as you maneuver college campuses and office cubicles.

Join us on August 28 and September 4 for lunch in our fellowship hall. Get to know other students in the area, and sign up for our Adopt-a-Student program. On Sunday nights at 6:00, meet us for dinner and small group Bible study in one of our member's homes; currently we're studying the gospel of John. We know homework and extracurricular activities are important, so small groups end around 7:30.

We also schedule monthly service projects and activities to promote fellowship and to get out in the community to give a little something back. On Wednesday nights at 7:15, head back to Timberlane in the balcony classroom for a time of study and singing. And, if you're home on the weekends, we hope you'll consider worshiping with us at Timberlane, Sunday mornings at 9:15 (Bible class is at 10:30).

For more information, or to find a ride to one of our activities or services, email Annie Jones. We hope to see you soon!

More About MINISTRIES

Timberlane church of Christ Preschool was established in 1984 as a Christian outreach program for the Tallahassee community. We strive to provide our families with a quality early childhood program — including VPK — in a Christian atmosphere. Since our beginnings 25 years ago, we have touched lives of more than 800 students in our area.
Woven & Spun serves the women of Timberlane by offering classes, retreats, and Bible studies for women of all ages.
TYM is our youth program for teens in the sixth through twelfth grades, led by youth minister Mark Butts. Our teens participate in a variety of service projects, unity activities, devotionals, and retreat.
Faith Lane (Timberlane's children's ministry) provides a unique approach to learning through a five-center program. Students attend the Bible museum, watch movies in the Reel Truth theatre, design projects in the art classroom, play games, and create Biblical meals in the Lord's Way Cafe. You can schedule an appointment to tour our facilities, or just visit us on Sunday mornings at 10:30 and Wednesday nights at 7:15.
